Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID, passport, or driving license prior to arrival. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Please note that late checkout is subject to availability and confirmation by the property. It is an additional charge of £10 per hour until 14:00. Minimum 24 hours notice required and needs to be booked in advance. Please note unauthorized late checkouts will incur additional fees. A rental agreement is required and must be completed prior to check-in. Please be informed that Amex is not accepted for the damage deposit. At least 1 guest must be aged 21 years or older. Please inform Palm Cottage of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of £200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
